At Seravyn Signature Solutions Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering reliable and professional notary services.
As a service-based business, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds for completed, canceled, or missed appointments.
This includes:

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours

Refusal to provide valid ID Documents not meeting notarization requirements

Signers who are unwilling or unable to sign

2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
One courtesy reschedule may be allowed.
Repeat rescheduling or short-notice changes may incur additional fees.

3. Service Refusal
If a service cannot be completed for legal or ethical reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, coercion, or mental incapacity of a signer), payment remains non-refundable.

4. Payment Disputes
In rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us within 3 business days at info@seravynsignaturesolutions.com.
We will review and address valid concerns promptly.
