These Terms of Use govern your access to services provided by Seravyn Signature Solutions Inc. By scheduling or receiving notary services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or legally eligible to sign documents. You must provide valid identification at the time of service.

2. Services Offered

We provide mobile and remote notary services in accordance with state laws. It is your responsibility to ensure your documents are complete before notarization.

3. Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may be rescheduled or incur additional fees.

• A no-show or late cancellation may result in full charge without refund.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Present false, forged, or incomplete documents

• Coerce a notary or another signer

• Use services for unlawful purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the legality, accuracy, or enforceability of your documents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the notary service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
